There is a right and wrong way to add colour but it doesn’t need to be complicated.
Follow this one simple rule for no fail colour:
- Use 3 distinct colour tones to add depth and warmth
- Neutral – Molding, Trim work, Furniture
- Mid Tone - Walls, Furniture
- Highlight – Accessories, Throw pillows, curtains, accents
